Besides the question of the division of sport, kendo is the other question to be inability to an Olympic sport is the question of punctuation.

Unlike any other sports where there is an objective measure of a way to score Kendo grading is subjective and insufficient shimpan the decision of the court to justify the basis for ippon.

Fencing has (electronic scoring and a minimum pressure at the point required and I know very well) on this part, whereas in kendo, Kiai, Zanshin, Fumikomi and so everything is mixed together, and we shimpan decide.

When you turn it into a modern sport Kendo, pressure sensors and the decibel meter, so I guess it's like to lose prestige in the world of martial arts quickly and could see many players with a bad taste because it is "competence" in the function only the development of techniques that enable them to earn, points, etc.
