Does anyone have the Shark Steam Mop or H20 Steam Mop? - h20 mop or the hans

I think to buy for one or the other. It really works as good as they say it?

I have light grout in my bathroom-kitchen-entry. Are they good for lifting the dirt from grout? I find no other products that the mortar again new.
