These are the names of the xD memory card with your camera. There are three types ... Standard, F and H.
In theory, the "M" card held up to 8 GB of memory, but because of its architecture, which is suffering a slow read, write to the "H" letters compared with speed.
Because of the high cost and limited usage of products other than digital cameras since 2005 xD has been losing ground in SD, which is largely used by PDAs, digital audio players, and most manufacturers of digital devices. Both Olympus and Fuji cameras now includes the two xD and SD cards.
