Thoughts On The Mount Erebus Disaster...? - mount en blade unlock

I came across a site with the worst air disasters of all time, but this time I've noticed, in particular, so I decided to see more data on the disaster:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erebus_disaster

The Mount Erebus disaster, 257 (237 passengers, 20 crew members) were killed, but in the end, Air New Zealand has walked Scott Free.

Based on my reading of the failure, the "systemic" in the navigation system finally decided that the results of the monitoring of research / case. But what if we consider this hypothesis:

Assuming that the requirements of crimimal wrongful death has occurred, and mental status were those of a man;

Air New Zealand are criminally responsible for the loss of life?

The accident report prepared by the Chief Inspector New Zealand plane crash, was released 12th Ron Chippindale June 1980. He pointed to pilot error as the main cause of the accident and the guilt of the decision by Collins at the usual level of the minimum height down and remain at that level when the crew not, some of the aircraft position. The minimum descent altitude 6000 meters below the custom forbids (1830 meters), even in good weather, but a combination of factors led to believe the captain that the aircraft was low, flat terrain, and TE901 pilot before the scheduled flight was on the Area flown to the passengers a better view of what the photos in the magazine of the Air New Zealand tour.

Talk about a prima facie case of "Black Peter" was in fact at the time! It just goes to show that the "golden rule" applied in this case. Who the gold is the rule! All these incidents have one way or another by human error. This time, pilots have been accused because of the likely scapegoats, and they were simply not there to defend himself. It is important to keep open communication between workers and employers. This tragedy could have been avoided. But I wonder what happened to those people forget such changes? say that they have been punished?
